GOLD4 Membership is our priority status plan for providing you with continuous, uninterrupted service for your Baseball HQ web site subscription and Baseball Forecaster book order.
Your Membership Benefits
- No more expiration dates to worry about. GOLD4 automatically renews your order(s) each October, at the lowest rates available only to plan members.
- Standard GOLD4 includes annual access to BaseballHQ.com and RotoHQ.com
- Deluxe GOLD4 includes annual access to BaseballHQ.com, RotoHQ.com, AND a copy of Ron Shandler's Basball Forecaster, including shipping and handling.
- No matter when you sign up for GOLD4 membership, you can take the discounts on our products with that current order. In fact, depending on when you order, you may qualify for an additional pro-rated discount.

Terms and Conditions of Membership - Please Read
GOLD4 Membership is an automatic renewal plan. By saving us the cost of having to promote to you each year, we pass the savings on to you, and you agree that we can automatically process an order for the products you specify each October.
By joining the GOLD4 plan, you are essentially saying that you believe our products are worth making a long-term commitment to. In return, we offer you the lowest available rates for these products, the convenience of being renewed automatically each year, and access to the RotoHQ library for free.
a. Pro-rated Charges for Baseball HQ: If you join the GOLD4 plan in any month other than October, you can take advantage of a pro-rated cost for that year's renewal cycle. Then, in October of each year, your credit card will be automatically charged for each subsequent full year's order. If you've already placed your orders for this year, you can still become a GOLD4 member and set yourself up for future purchases. The pro-rated charges are as follows:

b. Annual Renewal Cycle: All GOLD4 charges will be processed during the first week of October, each year.
c. E-mail: A valid e-mail address is required for membership in the GOLD4 plan. You are required to notify Shandler Enterprises if there is any change to your e-mail address.
d. Credit Cards: A valid, active Mastercard, VISA or American Express card is required for membership in the GOLD4 plan. Shandler Enterprises LLC will not bill, or accept checks or money orders in payment for membership. Orders via Paypal or regular mail are not permitted.
e. Expiring Credit Cards: We will notify you via e-mail approximately two weeks prior to your card expiring and you will be required to provide us with updated information, be it a new card number or just revised expiration date. Any cards not updated by renewal time will have their expiration dates advanced one year. Those members whose cards still cannot be processed will have their membership cancelled (see cancellation conditions below).
f. Changes to Membership: You may uprade to Deluxe or downgrade to Standard membership level at any time.
g. RotoHQ.com: All GOLD4 members receive free access to the RotoHQ web site during the duraton of their membership ($12.95 value each year). Preview Roto HQ here.
h. Baseball HQ Cancellation: A GOLD4 membership for Baseball HQ can be cancelled without penalty at any time after one full renewal cycle. What this means is, if you subscribe at a low pro-rated cost, you are committing to the term of your current subscription plus one additional year at the full $89 or $114 GOLD4 rate. Any memberships cancelled prior to this period (or credit cards that are not kept updated) will be assessed a flat $10 cancellation processing fee and will be prohibited from joining the GOLD4 plan again for 12 months. This is to prevent abuse of the low cost of entry into the program.
